Yes, you can download it through the PS3 which is easier or you can download it onto your desktop and transfer it through either a usb pin drive or an external HDD. Folders will need to be made if you do the computer method make a folder called PS3 and inside that folder make another folder called THEME and yes they need to be all caps. then transfer the theme that you downloaded to your desktop into the THEME folder and then plug the drive into the PS3 goto Theme settings click on themes and install and select the drive… Read more »
