As requested, a new Freezing anime theme, Backgrounds have been cleaned up and re-sized.
Update on Themes:
Sorry for the long delays I’ve been so close to drop theme making due to my work schedule. I’m working on a few requests and a few themes of my own which are: Rogue Galaxy Pro, Sakura Wars Pro, and Card Captor Sakura Pro. just to name a few.
As for the requested list like stated before I can’t confirm I will make it 100% of the time due to the lack of Wallpapers/scans. so I will drop it and move on to the next request.

@Wolf – HollowBattousai informed me they were doing Freezing season 2. He’s an anime dude, so I’ll take his word for it. I’ve heard rumors of a HotD season 2 also, but nothing concrete.
vRuffy-: im not a completly beginner, i only wanted to know how i can get the icons “video editor & upload” and “mini psp” since 2.5 doesnt have them. but when i upgrade on 3.0 i get an error when i press the button ” build theme” and i cant open the iconmanager to create “mini psp” and “video eeditor & upload” so ill just continue creating themes without those 2 icons with my 2.5 themebuilder XDDD thx for ur help guys!! New series of Freazing, HOTD and Sekirei will be awesome if they ever come out but I doubt HOTD will because Madhouse have a tendency to leave anime unfinished but then again they’re is rumors of it coming out this summer/fall.

uLtRaMa6nEt1c: @vRuffy- Here is what you need: http://www.mediafire.com/download/2p2bv51ureqvdvw/Basic_PS3_Theme.zip Extract and open folder. In the P3Tcompiler folder is a PS3 Theme folder. Take that out. That folder has all the icons you need. Along with the icons is an XML file. Download Notepad++ (it’s free) or use Wordpad to view it. That file you must edit to change the amount of HD and/or SD pics, sounds (setable), theme name, author name, etc. There are sample HD and SD pics in there too so you know the correct sizes. After you edit and save the XML, drag it into the p3tcompiler.exe icon… Read more »
@vRuffy- what I linked is actually a lot less complicated than what you are going through with the Theme Builder. It’s 1 program that doesn’t need to install instead of 2 installations and a drag&drop, and Wordpad is already on your computer.
I hope you guys can figure this out. 4.0 doesn’t fully work for me either.

you did it correctly, so now your having problems with .net framework correct? I didn’t have that problem, you could see if updating .net framework can make that problem go away.

i installed 2.5 then i dragged all files in the ps3 theme builder folder… was that wrong? xD
ima uninstall now then install 2.5 then upgrade on 3.0 and then drag the files from 4.0 in the ps3theme folder
I see a lot of icons missing from yours. so you installed PS3 theme builder 2.5 then updated it to 3.0, then downloaded the 4.0 beta v2 opened it drag the files in to the PS3 theme builder folder located on you (x86) program folder correct? sorry for asking again just that the missing icons looks kinda odd.

vRuffy: I see what your problem is now, its the same as the one I had. okay so after you installed theme builder 3.0 open the rar file that contains 4.0, don’t do anything yet. Go to your local disk drive, computer > local disc (C:) > Program Files (x86). look for the folder that contains the theme builder program. should be called PS3 Theme Builder. @vRuffy-: are you using windows 7 64 bit? that error looks similar to one I used to get.
vRuffy-: it wont work ;/ anyways thx for ur help!!! Man if you want you can create static themes using the raf tools ( The tools used to create Dynamic/Animated themes) , so if you or anybody want that tutorial for beginers or for people that only want to create static themes without strugling with that software installation I can do it for you guys. Oh crap. I don’t know what that is. Check your uninstall programs menu. If it’s there uninstall it again. Go to C: > Program Files (you may have to unhide it). In Program Files look for the PS3 Theme Builder folder. If it’s there, delete it. Restart computer and reinstall

I think the only icon that will be missing is ‘Chat Room Text’.
Following the same directions – in the FRIENDS category…
Icon Name: Chat Room Text
Xml Id: icon_chatroom_text
Compile a theme and test it. Let me know if other icons are missing. I’ll give you the codes.
You’ll have to uninstall the Theme Builder then reinstall 2.5 & 3.0. NOT 4.0, Then follow those directions. I will give you the codes to the other icons that are missing in that version in a minute.
i can click it as much as i want but it wont open. it only opens without theme manager but then it doesnt save anything :S
It doesn’t launch for me either. I gave you directions for 3.0, but if it launches it’s the same thing. Follow the same directions.
i downloaded the 4.0 beta and there is the themebuilder and another programm called “IconManager”. i can open the iconmanager program but when im in the themebuilder i cant open it and it doesnt say on TOOLS “ICON MANAGER” it says ” LAUNCH ICON MANAGER”

In PS3 Theme Builder click TOOLS > ICON MANAGER. Select VIDEO in the left pane. Under the right pane select ADD NEW ICON.
Icon Name: Video Editor & Uploader
Xml Id: icon_video_upload
Click OK. In the left pane select GAMES. Under the right pane select ADD NEW ICON.
Icon Name: Saved Data Minis
Xml Id: icon_savedata_minis
Click OK. Save & Close

@-.- uLtRaMa6nEt1c: Thank you, and yeah the post was on the waiting list due to the links. As for a season 2 of Freezing its already been announced just waiting for it to air T_T. The name for season 2 is freezing vibration.

@HollowBattousai – I love me some Freezing. You did a good job cleaning up those images. I doubt there would be another season, but you never know. The manga is still good though +1
@vRuffy- – If you are using PS3 Theme Builder you may need to upgrade to 4.0. Click the PS3 Theme Builder tab at the top of this page for instructions. For Slideshows, Animated Themes, etc. check the forum. There are many tutorials there you can help you.
I use the same one for making static themes, to make Pro Slideshow I use GlowBall’s tools which can be found on the forums.
