I have found and atarted using some clear Icons for my new themes. Granted some of the icons can’t be changed because of the limits from the program.
I also Just uploaded a Nude theme of Connie Carter or cony Carter, the model has several names she uses. LOL but in any case it too is not that graphic so I hope it gets approved.

Ummm…. Actually L full nude themes ARE allowed. just not hardcore or overly graphic. though i have seen a few that are borderline. your display picture can’t have nudity the naughty bits have to be blurred or obscured.

Totally Nude Pics or themes are NOT allowed here (sadly). This site ONLY allows for Topless. I also do not know how to make a slide show theme, perhaps that’s something I need to look into and try out.
if u can do it change the icons to pics of her or just clear icons to see theme better still u hit this one out of park homerun.
