Actually, Red and Yellow do work, but not with that wallpaper, and as far as garish, or overt, or any other word you may choose out of the online thesaurus, remember this is the Adult/+18 section and that is what women and men expect in this section. Go make a theme of your own that is not a DEMO!
Red and yellow just don’t mix well, and that background is very garish.
