@some guy from above and @Zero0018 I foun the readon why the pics are not showing, you must have an aspect ratio set to 16:9, if you use a standard tv with 4:3 the pics will not fit, so the only thing you have to do is set up aspect ratio to 16:9 for HD content to fit your screen, hope you find this tip helpfull
High def only and all of the themes I uploaded work fine. I tested them all on my ps3
