Dont want to find out the hard way but anyone know if talking about custom dynamic themes, or posting links to any of them is considered a bannable subject in the eyes of Sony?  I could almost see modifying the existing official dynamic themes being a problem but what about for those created from scratch?

If you have a developer license you can talk, post even share dynamic themes no problem. If not I wouldn't recommend it.
