I just had a great idea. A new feature for themes that get alot of hits/views/downloasds. Like for example if a theme gets big and its on popular now and weekly the preview pic can be updated by placing a red ribbon in the corner that says something like POPULAR or Greatest Hits.. something like that. i think this would be better than a rating system since no one can abuse it.

I also got an idea for you people that want new ICONS,
here is a site to go to, they have GREAT ICONS, you can take,
but you need to download, ICONPACKAGER, if you cant view the ICONS, you can find that on piratebay, im not trying to start illegal downloads here, so if that is not allowed here, im sorry i didnt know... i wont post stuff like this again then...

go to this page/site, to download the ICONS you want and just take them and add them to your ps3 theme builder, etc.
plus it is a GREAT way to change your windows ICONS and while your add it you can check out WINDOWBLINDS to make your windows XP, VISTA, 7, etc. theme change, you can USE IT FOR PS3, THATS why i added this comment to begin with OFCOURSE...
