I think the thumbs up and down is one of the best features of this site, but I hate it when I see some dislikes and these people don't take time to right a comment on why they disliked it. If there is anyway I'd suggest it being only available to people who have accounts on the site and not available to the non-members. I'm not complaining just about my themes since I get a lot for they have nudity, but I see a lot on themes that usually reach the top of the week or right now that get dislikes and no one says why they did it.

I agree, I was surprised I could rate themes without an account. Definitely should be a consideration that only account members can give thumbs up or down.
