Will it tell me when my theme is uploaded?|General Discussion|Forum|PS3 Themes

I recently uploaded a theme and was wondering if it tells me when it has been shown on the site. Whether it's via email, forum message, etc. This may seem selfish and all but it does get tiring for me to keep coming to the site every morning, noon, and night to see if my one theme has been shown to the world. I also noticed that multiple themes are uploaded on the same day, like they are in groups. Do you put them up on the site in groups rather than each time one is submitted to try and keep things easier on yourselves? I'm just really curious on how it works.
