Custom Icons|PS3 Themes|Forum|PS3 Themes

Firstly, thanks for the tutorial and files! I've been at it for days and have everything coming out alright minus my icons... I loaded the default icons into PS, inverted all of them and then saved (overwrite) them back in the theme folder. After compiling and installing, i find that all but three of my icons are unchanged. My animatedfull video plays fine. The frames play great! No change in icons... I've re-compiled numerous times now to no avail. Is there more steps involved to get my icons to compile instead of icons that don't even exist anymore (overwritten originals - same names and sizes)? I've tried searching info on the GimConv or at least my issue. I don't know where else to look for my answers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again for the awesome materials.
