What do I do? Can someone give a tutorial how to create a normal theme? I am very confused.

Well my friend to build a "simple" , "normal" static I recomend you to use "PS3 theme builder" :

You can do the same thing with the "raf tools" used for dynamic themes but the easiest way is with that program for any beginner.
