I spent quite a while making this theme.
Then when I click build theme, the command line opens for a few seconds, but turns off and
'an error has occured' pops up, with no additional messages Confused
I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem?
Help would be greatly appreciated Smile

*I just thought I'd add that I've searched through all other related posts and can't seem to get it to work.

I am having the exact same problem. I am running win 7 64 bit home premium 6.1 build 7601, I have tried everything I can think of, including, running as administrator, using a compatability mode all the way back to xp service pack 3, I even saw some had luck by uninstalling everything and only installing ver. 2.5, tried it but still no joy. At this point I don't kn ow what to do.. >.< HELP!

As I explained to many others, it's because PS3Theme Builder has been programmed to run on XP...
To make it works properly on Windows Vista & 7, you need to follow the right procedure:

--> Install 2.5 version
--> Install 3.0 version
--> Download 4.0Beta files (they should be here in the "PS3 Theme Builder" section, if I'm not wrong)
--> Replace the 3.0 files with the 4.0Beta ones

After that, PS3 Theme Builder should work correctly Laugh

Thanks for replying, first of all Smile
But after trying the method above countless times, still no progress...
I've even uninstalled/reinstalled too, but nothing seems to make a difference.
Can't tell if I'm going wrong somewhere.
Anybody know a solution?
Thanks

I literally just found out the reason for all my trouble.
It was all just because of the sound effects I was using.
No problem now Cool

Lol! Yeah... that's because each sound must not exceed 1sec.
Also, better if the file size of every sound is less than 50KB.

Well, glad to know you solved the problem, mate! Laugh
