Having trouble building theme?!?!|PS3 Themes|Forum|PS3 Themes

I am very new to building themes and I'm having some trouble with my first build.
I watched the following tutorial and followed it step for step but I'm running into some problems when it comes to creating the theme.

I have 12 images just like in the video and and they are all jpegs, I follow all the steps but when I click the create theme icon my command prompt opens and begins converting the jpegs to DDS. Some of the images say "Image is not a product of 2" which is what it says in the video but some of the images so "compressed image is not a multiple of 4 and no rescaling specified."

The last thing that comes up says:

CONVERTING DDS TO GTF...
ERROR: bad input file
ERROR: bad input file

ERROR: bad input file
ERROR: bad input file
ERROR: bad input file
Press any key to continue...

When I press any key the command prompt continues to attempt to create the theme but it always fails and everything goes back to the way it was before I clicked the create theme icon.

could this be happening because the images aren't all the same size?

Any help is appreciated, sorry for the long post but like I said, I'm new!
