Ive downloaded and installed everything that goes with the 2.5 Builder then i installed the upgrade to 3.0 and everytime i try to launch it i get this:
[Image Can Not Be Found]Can you please help me with this problem it's beinning to piss me off. lol

That's because you're surely running the program under Windows Vista or 7 OS: Theme Builder 3.0 has been programmed to run on XP only, so it will never work...
You need to replace the 3.0 files with the 4.0Beta ones which can be found on the "lili-chan" site (but even in this case, it's not 100% sure Theme Builder will work correctly)...

I still don't understand why XP Only lol. 7 is surely better. But atleast i can still make themes with 2.0. and ill try and see if it doesn't work ill be on here again lol. 4.0 will be Win 7/Vista/XP though right? When ever it's released.
