Ive installed the first two downloads but not sure what to do with the beta
Please help

It should tell you in the PS3 theme builder tab. Yeah here is what it says

 

PS3 Theme Builder 4.0 Beta 2 – After installing both versions above you’ll need to extract this package into the install directory for the 2.5 & 3.0 versions and overwrite files when asked to.

 

So basicly extract the zip then copy and paste the files over the old theme builder install files which should be in C:\Program Files\PS3 Theme Builder folder.
