I start decided to start making new dynamic themes because i have loads of ideas for a great high quality ones , first off i want to creating falling snow and snow cracks appearing on screen, just like its a window and snow pieces just hitting hitting it and disappearing, how can i do that ?

BTW You are just a guest here so why would the great ps3-themers want to give you advice on cool dynamic effects like snow.

lol cuz im already gonna be here soon a part of this website =) now any help please i know your pro yea lol i've been watching this website along time ago an here i come lol ya ive made dynamic themes with dynamic theme editor but they just suck they arent pro or something i just made another background of price of persia but it doesnt have any falling snow or something , if you can help me i will be very appreciated , do i need to know any hex editing or something to make these themes?

With the dynamic theme editor you are just changing the images for the background. For better effects you will need to know a bit about javascript and how it basicly works. Then you can work on creating falling snow.
I do think the best place for you to start is making a animated theme /forum/ps3-themes/how-to-create-animated-themes-tutorial/ cus you will have to use the raf_compiler, dae (model), xml and .js (script) for custom dynamic themes. Once your used to using that then you can work on your own script for snow.
