Don't worry you don't have to apologize for that. You are in the process of learning and is common those type of errors. The important thing here is learn from those errors Well as I said the problem is the XML you are using because you extracted a theme to use a set of icons that are renowned different at the XML you have. I change the XML from another, this one is a little different in code but will be working exactly the same as the other. Im doing in that way because I dont have time now to renown the XML you gave me. Anyway you can use that XML for any other theme you extract for your future creations. Well here is the download for your files. Inside the pack are : The icons, Raf, and the p3t ready to install. BTW : You can drag and drop the XML to the p3t_compiler if you want to create the theme as a test.

BTW : Those icons are created by "HollowBattousai" not by me I only extracted the theme and use the set like you did. If you upload the theme please give the credit to him not to me.
