@PS3ThemeNoob: Well, actually looks like you managed to download it, after all... Wink
Anyway, first of all: What's the OS on your computer?

Just as I supposed, but I wanted to be sure... Wink

So, quick recap: you downloaded PS3 Theme Builder 3.0, but when you try to run it, all you get is the error message saying "Theme manager has stopped working" or something like that... right?
Well, the point is that - since PS3 Theme Builder 3.0 was programmed for Windows XP - it very often gave problems like that on Vista and 7.
There are other ways to make it work, but in your case the most common is to follow these few steps (first of all, however, better if you uninstall everything):

1 - Install PS3 Theme Builder 2.5 AND 3.0 (both versions have to be on computer).
2 - Download the 4.0 Beta files (you can find them right here).
3 - Replace the 3.0 files with the 4.0 Beta ones.

Keep in mind though that - like I explained to many people over the years - even after doing this procedure, unfortunately it's not 100% sure the program will work (although many have been successful anyway)...

Well, good luck, mate! And let me know Smile

Well, it's quite simple, mate: you just have to put the 4.0 Beta files inside the folder where you installed PS3 Theme Builder 3.0 (this folder is named exactly "PS3 Theme Builder" and - unless you installed the program somewhere else - it should be located under "Program Files" in your hard drive)
To do this, you can usually copy them to the PS3 Theme Builder install directory (like I said, it's Program Files\PS3 Theme Builder)
Anyway, if I remember correctly, the 4.0 Beta files are "zipped" files... so, better if you directly extract them: this way, the old files will be overwrited/replaced by the new ones (which means you have to choose YES when it asks to overwrite files)

[Before doing that, however, I suggest you to make a backup and save the old 3.0 files Wink ]

PS3 Theme Builder's default installation is always "C:\Program Files", and so the folder I mentioned before: if it isn't there... well, mate, only you know where you installed the program Cry

Anyway, after the installation, the program's icon is supposed to be on your desktop: so, just point the mouse cursor on it - no need to click - and the path of the program appears (obviously, it should be C:\wherever the program is located...)
