Well the DDS files are inside the "anim_1.jpg" you need to extract the DDS files from that archive. This archive is encripted so you have to decript the anim_1.jpg to extract all the dds files. if you dont know how to do that enter here : /forum/ps3-themes/expert-advice-needed-please-making-it-snow-via-frames-etc  in this thread are your answer to how to decript and extract those files.Laugh BTW : In one of the messages on this link you will see 2 links there is it.

@ faxtron

Is there a program that can just simply decript it quick and easy? or is that the only way to do it?

Well as i know, thats the only way because at the moment  I don't see a program that decript that file automatically. BTW is not hard is simple give it a try. If you don't understand or don't have time to learn how to decript the file give me the anim_1 I will decript it for you and I will send you back all the DDS back.

i got through most off the parts to retrieve the dds ..only thing is i can't find gtf2dds.exe

don't have the sdk where it should be in(can't find it either)!!

 here is the anim_1.jpg

here are the extracted .gim files (if you could convert those for me i'm satisfied) i can do the rest. LaughLaughLaugh

I have done my best to make a program script that takes almost all steps away

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/238758.....im2dds.rar

unpack the rar

place the Anim_1.jpg in the source folder

run test.exe (may need to run as administrator)

follow all the steps

and if everything goes well you will have the dds files

there are only a few things you have to do yourself. LaughLaughLaugh

(putting the anim_1.jpg in the source folder),

(delete the 16 bits),

(choose the coldboot.raf),

(drop the gtf files on the gtf2dds.exe)
