This probably won't get an answer and I've searched the net with no results.
I create a theme and put it on my PS3. In the theme selection screen you can choose Apply, Delete, or Information. In the Information screen the date of creation/installation is always the same (11/10/2010 I think) for every theme I make. Why is this happening? How can I fix it?
(I probably have to reformat, but I'm hoping there's another solution)

It's because that is what the xml your using is telling the ps3 man. Look for the command mtime and you will see it calls for long number. That number is the date and time. To change simply edit the numbers, here is the format fella
mtime="YYYYMMDDHHMMSS"
If you want this to be added automaticly with the current date/time you at simply delete the whole command from the xml
