For some reason I can't install the 4.0 version nor does it let me be generate my theme.... What should I do? Is there any other programs I can use?

Hmm... Did you follow the right procedure?
I mean... you firstly need to install PS3 Theme Builder 2.5, then install 3.0 version and in the end you have to replace the 3.0 files with the 4.0 Beta ones.
