custom dynamic|Theme Requests|Forum|PS3 Themes

i need a custon dynamic made and i just cant friggin figure out all the theme creator dll stuff so ima request it plz i have the theme that has the xmb bar i want and i made a custom wallpaper but id like to have some smoke /clouds on it like rolling thru on the bottom and maybe a little on the top ...i have no idea on what to do from here but if u can make it for me ill be glad to respond or send you the required items i guess lol .. thanx
