Not too sure if this is even possible but I thought it'd be pretty cool.

I just bought sniper ghost warrior and was wondering if its possible to get a theme built from the main menu. If anyone here has played it then its the screen that keeps shifting left to right.

 

Kind of like the first MGS with snake blinking his eyes. Would this even be possible?
