Hey, mate! Here is your theme!
I found few but nice artworks that are displayed when the game’s loading.
Also, I made the icons keeping the simple style used by Rockstar for the illustrations and I used the main two colours of the game’s logo, so that the icons fit well to the backgrounds.
(Then, I was about to add a couple of sounds from the game, but I didn’t because I don’t know if you like sounds in a theme…)
So, we have:
-5 HD/SD backgrounds
-hand made icons
-no sounds

Well, the fact is that I’m not a trophies collector because they don’t really interest me: what really matters for me in a game is the game itself, its plot, its gameplay and so on…
^^Jaded f**k! Live in the now!! Who cares how awesome your themes are, if you ain’t @-.- least level 7 in trophies you are not hardcore!!

Well… actually I was talking about getting gold in the “driving licences”, not the trophies.
Since the first Gran Turismo on PS1, I always got gold in all licences and I wanna do the same in GT5.
You know, I don’t care about trophies. The truth is I really hate them: I think they’re the most useless part of the games. But since I’m an “old school” player, this is just my “old school” opinion… 😛
hehe , i got a friend who already platinum GT5, he always get gold in every race , i think he got 49 or 50 platinums , he’s a super pro player
Oh man… I think it would be almost impossible to get gold in all three challenges: it’s a miracle if I managed to get silver in Suzuka… O_o
But I won’t give up! I always got gold in every Gran Turismo and I’ll get the damn gold in this one too, sooner or later: it’s the hard path that a race driver needs to follow to be perfect… 😛
i got bronze in them already, but i doubt i’ll get gold, the amount of time it would take to master every corner doesn’t seem worth it to me.

it definitely looks better in that preview, i will upload it after i put in the rest of the backgrounds. working on a lbp2 theme and possibly an mk theme if it goes well

a guy has downloaded my theme to show the backgrounds, but it’s clearly visible your Dead Space 2! So, I searched better in his page, and there’s another video that also shows your theme!

Well… actually, in those years many games, belonging to the same genre, were made that way like NARC, Guardian Angel or Wild Streets (just to make an example) but yeah, Techno Cop and Rolling Thunder are veeery similar… You should try to play some of the games I just mentioned: they’re very funny! Hey Optimus, do you ever played a game named Techo Cop on the Atari ST ?
I used to have this one and it was quit fun for that time, you’re driving a red sport car first (like Outrun) and in the second part of the level, you have to chase a criminal in a building. Sometimes you have to kill him, or catch him in a net. The HUD also was a great idea.
I just remembered that game and I was like, I should told my homie Optimus maybe he knows that game, he knows everything! 😀

Well, I use different programs according to what I’m creating… but the only one I always use to make icons is “RealWorld Paint.COM”: it’s a free program, but full of professional features like multiple transparencies and layers, perspective transformations, lighting effects and so on.
Also, it’s “user friendly” (well, at the beginning, a little bit of practice is needed anyway…), very versatile, and it doesn’t take too much space in the HDD.
Give it a try, mate!

But, actually there are several things I’d like to make: themes that I started making for myself time ago (but now I’m not having enough time to finish them because of requests) and I’d like to upload, so… I don’t really know O_o
