all you need to do to get the .p3t theme file from the PC to the PS3 is put the .p3t theme file on a memory stick or USB stick and then put the memory stick or USB stick into the correct port on the PS3 and then go to theme’s and then select INSTALL then select memory stick or USB stick and the select the theme you want and then select install. GOOD LUCK
when u download a theme how do u get it off the pc onto the ps3
I can recommend http://gimp.org/ if you need a free gfx editor.
