well just googled “PS3 dev kit” 😛
Yeah, it’s real, but that’s just a “mounted hardware” that Sony showed to the public before the PS3 was marketed.
Practically, it is the prototype used to demonstrate the hardware capabilities (and the first games) of the console before the real production because usually, at that time, the final design is not ready yet.
Sony always did so: in 1994, shortly before the PS1 was marketed, Sony showed a prototype (which later became the famous Net Yaroze)…
Same thing for the PS2.
Well, in other words, that’s just a “primitive PS3” :P, but has nothing to do with dynamic themes…
Yeah pretty sure that’s real but it’s from 2006. In tech years thats old.

I think there should be some LBP2 theme around here…
To create dynamic themes, a “dev kit” is required (which is used by developers) and Sony will never make it available for public use… 🙁

Yes, Rik, I could do it.
But currently I’m finishing a theme on which I worked hard for a whole month, and I’m still completing many parts of it.
So, you’ll have to wait a while, I’m afraid… 🙁
