Hey, mate! Here is your theme!
Unfortunately, all the images available for this game were awful: very bad graphics, unsuitable resolutions, and so on…
So, I took the 4 less crappy images (the ones I thought were the most representative) and I created an effect in order to make them look like some kind of artworks.
Also, I specifically drew a skateboard for the info bar in the upper right of the screen.
As for the icons… well, I’m not a skateboard expert (even if I used it when I was young) but I decided to create decorated wheels: I think they perfectly fit with the style of this sport.
So, this theme contains:
-4 HD/SD backgrounds (2 from Skate2 and 2 from Skate3)
-icons made with decorations for skateboard’s wheels.
-no boring sounds.

Yogosan: reall slick theme OPTIMUS, sometimes a lack of wallpapers can be a real pain,all the effort on icons and you find out there are no good wallpapers. Well, I made a SFIV theme one year ago: you could extract Ken’s image from there.
Or you could do this: on google, type “capcom.wikia.com” and you’ll find a very good Capcom’s database… there, you should find something useful for your purposes. 😉

Yep, the themes I was talking about are quite old (anyway, they’re not old school style, if that’s what you’re thinking… :P): I just need to add the new icons and they’re ready to be uploaded.

hey no problem, i know exactly how frastrating it is to lose vision, i lost my vision twice before, had shaking hands before too, i put myself in your shoes last night,, trying to imagine having trembling hands and blurred vision at the same time AND writing a message to us that long.. lol, jesus… well, we could still understand every word of it, so dont go feelin all weird about writing to us.. it must be a pain in the ass a lil bit tho, lol

i second that sundance… anything you need man, we are all here……. just take steps to remember things, like write how to get back on here, write our names down,, things like that.. stick info to the fridge with a magnet so you dont lose it. you might lose your car keys, but you will never lose us,,,
finally took a look at this theme, nicely done. and take as much time as you need, i’m sure nobodies rushing you, and if they do tell them to come see me. us old folk gotta stick together. lol

Wow OPTIMUS this is one of the best themes ever. Im on vacation atm but they have a PS3 in the house here with free internet (LOL) so ima try it out in the next couple of minutes but looking only to the screenshot I have to say that it looks amazing! Good job m8 :p

great work optimus! i used to be a skater myself in the late 90’s.. i had to stop, i got too old and i didnt have the skill to keep motavated,, but of all the sports in the world, id say skate boarding is my favorite of all!! those wer the days, lol. im sure i could help you find a skate board shop website where you could extract some images of wheels, tools, curb wax, hardware, ect.. not that you would hafto, but if you wher interested, check out a company called CCS, maybe ccs.com? again, great work!! 🙂
