Sorry, it looks clean and all, but you’ve uploaded the same theme multiple times with only a different background.
I don’t see what makes this theme so speacial to appear on the ‘top rated’ list.

The first reason: I like these Icons very much, they are just perfect.
Second Reason: It´s strange, but these Icons fit to almost all country flags.
Third reason: I´m too lazy to create my own icons, but I will do some in the future
