Well, there are lots of programs out there… but, personally, I use a program called “RealWorld Paint.COM”: it’s free and very user friendly, but despite that, it has lots of professional features.
Obviously, at the beginning you need a little practice to start using it and to understand how it works, but it’s not so complicated (especially if you’re already familiar with graphic programs).
As for the rest, it’s up to you getting the best from it: as I told you the first time, imagination is the only limit…

Well, if it’s a show, I think it should go under TV category…
(anyway, when I’m not sure how to classify a theme, I usually put it under “Misc” category :P)
