In storage media create folder PS3,in PS3 folder THEME.Copy theme file to the folder THEME.
Turn on your PS3,insert storage media,in XMB goto Settings,select Theme Settings,Select Install and press on your storage media

Did you make the XP PSP theme? The icons are exactly the same. It’s one awesome theme though.
Wow, I like this theme. It’s not that great looking of a theme. But the fact that it really captures the look of Windows XP made me want to download it, and ill use if for a little while. This is probably the BEST WinXP theme on this site. Great Job!
